Information we collect
- Information you provide — such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you share through our forms, calls, or messages.
- Usage information — basic analytics about how you use our website (pages visited, device and browser type), collected to improve the site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
- To schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments and calls.
- To send you service-related and, where you have opted in, informational messages.
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
SMS / text messaging
Opsward AI offers the ability to receive text (SMS) messages. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Opsward AI related to your inquiry, appointments, account, and services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Full details are in our SMS Terms & Conditions. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business (for example, scheduling, email, and telecommunications providers such as Twilio), and only to the extent needed to perform those services. As stated above, mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Connected services, including Canva
If you choose to connect a third-party service, Opsward AI receives and uses only the information and permissions needed to provide the feature you requested. For Canva, this may include your Canva profile and team identifiers, folder and asset information, design metadata and content, and customer-selected or customer-uploaded media. We use this access only to let an authorized tenant user browse, upload, create, edit, or export customer-controlled Canva content through the Content Engine.
- Connecting Canva is optional and begins only after an authorized user approves the listed Canva permissions.
- Canva access tokens are kept only in server memory. The rotating refresh token is encrypted server-side and is never sent to the browser, shown in chat, or written to application logs.
- Canva data and customer content do not determine tenant identity or billing authorization, and verified billing webhooks do not grant Canva access.
- We do not sell connected-service data or use customer Canva content to train a general-purpose AI model.
- You can disconnect Canva from the Content Engine. We remove the stored local credential and request provider revocation; if provider revocation cannot be confirmed, we flag it for manual review while keeping local access disabled.
Canva is a separate service with its own terms and privacy practices. Opsward AI's use of Canva information is also subject to the permissions you grant in Canva.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, or reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Connected-service credentials are removed when the connection is disconnected or the tenant is offboarded, subject to limited security and audit records that do not contain raw tokens.
Your choices
- You can opt out of text messages any time by replying STOP.
- You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
- You can disconnect Canva in the Content Engine and can also revoke access from your Canva account.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
